About Michiel van Esch
Michiel van Esch is Manager Voting with a focus on corporate governance issues. His expertise includes shareholder rights, corporate board oversight, nomination processes, executive remuneration, responsible tax practices and bribery and corruption. Having voted on shareholder meetings for several years, he has broad experience on the proxy voting infrastructure. Michiel joined Robeco in 2008 and became member of the Active Ownership team in 2011. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s in Sociology and is a CFA® charterholder.
