Supporting local programs in locations around the world
The Foundation supports local programs in the countries where Robeco is active that help disadvantaged children and promote equal opportunities for children through educational programs. Programs or initiatives that contribute to SDG 4 ‘Quality education’ and SDG 10 ‘Reduced inequalities’ are eligible for funding.

Partnerships
The Foundation has partnerships with two non-profit organizations, providing longer-term support:
SpaceBuzz (Netherlands): a six-week VR educational program that teaches children aged 10-12 about nature, technology, society and outer space through the eyes of an astronaut. The program’s virtual mission to space allows children to see our globe in 3D: a blue oasis in a vast, inhospitable universe.
Team Toekomst (Netherlands): focuses on creating equal opportunities for children in Delfshaven, one of the poorest neighborhoods in the Netherlands, located near Robeco’s headquarters. The program provides tailored support to children and their families for two years.
The Foundation is looking for additional partnerships in Hong Kong, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. These partnerships allow us to contribute not only financially, but also by sharing Robeco’s expertise, and with the voluntary efforts of Robeco colleagues.
