Employee Resource Groups

As part of our DE&I commitment, Robeco wants to ensure that every employee feels at home, safe and included in our organization. To achieve this, we acknowledge the need for members of groups that are and feel underrepresented to get connected and receive support. Therefore, we actively promote Employee Resource Groups within our organization.

We currently have four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): PRISMA (LGBTQ+ community), Gender Equality Alliance (gender diversity), EDGE (cultural diversity) and Ro-Next (generational diversity). These ERGs aim to:

  • Provide a safe, relatable environment for members of minority groups within Robeco;

  • Organize activities and events on issues that are of relevance in creating an inclusive work environment, for all global employees to connect, share experiences and enhance knowledge;

  • Constructively challenge and provide ideas/insights to the DE&I Board and management, to create an inclusive and equal work environment, especially for the members of the minority group they support.
